LACEY WOOL WINTER CROCHET SLIPPERS

I wondered how it would be to crochet lace with chunky yarn and large hook, on slippers!
I think it looks very feminine and pretty! And warm!
PATTERN HERE!

On a small space like a toe-piece, it's limited how much lace to work!

With some simple stitches, it achieved a lacey enough look!

Edged with dc-Picots make a final lacey finish.

Yeahh! Super-comfy and warm!

And as usual; Protecting my home-shoes with Crochet-Soles!

This time I worked the soles with triple-stranded
scrap-yarn of different natural shades!

A little bit over-sized!
But I need to have space for socks in them!!

And with tailored, handmade and fabric-covered insoles!
So sturdy and warm!
Great gift-idea! Personalize the insoles with pretty labels!

GREY RIB CROCHET SOCK-SLIPPERS WITH PEBBLE-PATTERN

Light sock-slippers for chilly days!
The ribbed section make these slippers comfortable for any foot-shape.
Four flexible sizes. The S-Size can be adjusted for kids.
PATTERN HERE!
Sizes:
Small = US 2 - 4 / EU 34-36
Medium = US 5 - 6 / EU 37-38
Large= US 7 - 8/ EU 39-40
Extra Large = 9-10 / EU 41-42

Kind of Japanese-ish style for these slippers!
I think the small pebbles make these slippers special.

As usual, I've inserted my tailored, fabric-covered insoles!
Protects and shapes the slippers, in addition they keep me warm!

Inserting insoles to slippers, is a very good gift-idea!
Personalize them; Tag them with cute labels!

Yes! Lovely shape, nice and warm!

TRADITIONAL NORWEGIAN TALL SOCKS - IN CROCHET!

GET THE LOOK! CROCHET SOCKS, Inspired by the traditional, Norwegian stranded knitting-patterns.
These are made to match my Norwegian Sweater, see it 2 posts ago, or click the link for pattern-info!
Being Norwegian, I've learned to appreciate these traditional patterns as part of my cultural inheritance.
The patterns were knitted in the wool’s natural shades. Fancy color combinations, like my red and white socks, have been used only the last 5 decennial or so.

Like to make a pair for yourself, or as a fab gift for the up-coming holidays?
HERE IS THE SOCK-PATTERN!

The socks came out real comfy and warm!
Very happy!!
Here my Norwegian Sweater is visible!
I could not make up my mind for red or white foot piece,
so I switched the colors on one of the socks!

Why not make two different pairs, and share an odd one with
your sis, or your mom, or best friend!

Cozy and pretty!

And practical for boots!
